Abbey Delray Nursing Home, Delray Beach, Florida
This project involved the design of the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems for this nursing home facility. The existing 32,000 sq. ft. facility had to be phased out in four phases and new 70,000 sq. ft., 110 bed facility had to be built. It included design of central systems for cooling and heating of patient areas (Cooling Towers & Water Source Heat Pump Systems) and separate systems for the corridors, two kitchen facilities, emergency generator, fire alarm and lightening protection system.
Vista BMW, Coconut Creek, Florida
This project involved MEP & FP design for the showroom/maintenance/paint/body shop facilities with 58,000 sq. ft. of new floor space and 54,300 sq. ft. of renovated floor space. It also included a state of the art paint boot and 50 bay air conditioned service facilities.
Braman Porsche, West Palm Beach, Florida
This project involved MEP & FP design for a new 15,000 sq. ft. showroom/ maintenance facilities.
Northern Trust Bank, Boca Raton, Florida
This project involved the design of the MEP systems for a new two-story 24,000 sq. ft. private banking facility. In addition to the standard DX-based HVAC system, a dedicated Liebert AC back-up system was provided for their tele-communications facility with an FM-200 Fire Suppression System/ Purging System. The building included a 200 seat dinning hall with its dedicated prep. Kitchen. The electrical design included providing all the Bank’s computer and equipment, communication, fire alarm and security systems.
SunTrust Bank Branch, Key Biscayne, Florida
This project was one of more than twenty SunTrust branch banks which involved the design of the MEP systems for a new two-story 10,000 sq. ft. banking facility. The electrical design included providing power for all the Bank’s computer and equipment, communication, alarm and security equipment with extensive coordination with corresponding vendors.
Kinsale by the Sea, Deerfield Beach, Florida
This project involved MEP design for a four story nine unit condominium Building with ground floor parking facility.
